The invention provides a method for improving the mechanical strength of a binderless monolithic molecular sieve-based catalyst, which belongs to the technical field of the preparation of monolithic molecular sieve-based catalysts. The method involves importing slices of a 3D model of the designed monolithic molecular sieve-based catalyst into a 3D printer and introducing the prepared monolithic molecular sieve-based catalyst slurry into a syringe to obtain a blank of monolithic molecular sieve-based catalyst by 3D printing technology. Then dried, low-temperature treated with the aid of additives and finally obtained by high temperature calcination. The present invention, through the low-temperature treatment process, the Fenton-like catalytic process forms free radicals to promote the breakage of Si-O-Si bonds in monolithic molecular sieve grains and the formation of new Si-O-Si bonds between grains to enhance inter-grain interactions in order to improve the mechanical strength. |
